St Regis Brasserie Les Saveurs' Sunday Brunch with Bottomless Champagne

Brasserie Les Saveurs, the destination dining establishment of The St. Regis Singapore, is welcoming guests back with its coveted bubbly brunch experience. Focusing on quality food coupled with refined French service, gourmands may look forward to an afternoon of gastronomic indulgence, paired with endless flutes of your preferred Champagne from the Champagne Barons de Rothschild series including an elegant Blanc de Blancs Vintage 2008. 

Headlining the season’s brunch spread is a succulent treasure trove of fresh oceanic delights comprising Alaskan King Crab, French Oysters, Manila Clams, Shrimps and Mussels, that entices guests with a penchant for crustaceans, as well as a decadent array of chef’s specials prepared à la minute featuring Beef Tartare with Red Radish and Soft Egg Yolk and Lobster Bisque Espuma with Crab Meat and Salted Egg. 

The bountiful feast continues on with an impressive spread of hot and cold entrées including a perfectly Seared Scallops with Green Asparagus and Cauliflower Coulis, fragrant servings of Black Truffle Macaroni Gratin, and Grilled Boston Lobster doused in savoury garlic parsley butter; before partaking in your preferred choice of sumptuous mains such as Seared Beef Tenderloin with Mash Potato, French Beans and Beef Jus, Pan-seared Toothfish with Chorizo and Bell Pepper Piperade and a delightful vegetarian option of Stuffed Tomato with Impossible Meat and Provençal Ratatouille. 

Dessert experience is a theatrical affair at the new and revamped brunch. Keep your eyes peeled, as a St. Regis master chef flambés a signature Crêpes Suzette with finesse before our hosts serves piping hot plates of the delight to tables, and be further enthralled by a roving dessert trolley of sublime sweet options for your selection, providing the ultimate close to a perfect Sunday revelry. 

Little ones dining with family have a dedicated menu to call their own, from delicious entrées of Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap, Prawn Cocktail Salad and Shrimp Tempura; wholesome mains of Chicken Cordon Bleu with Roasted Potatoes, Salmon Teriyaki with Steamed Rice or Mini Cheeseburger with French Fries; to a sweet ending of Waffles with Berries Compote.
