Anthony Bourdain on David Letterman Show

Despite eating all sorts of exotic viscera on his travels, Anthony Bourdain has only been sick twice. When asked if humans can eat practically everything, he says he doesn't recommend chicken McNuggets. LOL!

Letterman still has to bring up that oft-mentioned experience of swallowing the still beating heart of a cobra. But this time Anthony gives the most vivid descriptor ever - like eating an "angry, athletic oyster!"

Also he talks about his baby girl who hopefully will be on first name basis with sushi chefs. And about returning to work as a chef (i.e. no way!). Well, he is already more than half a century old and has other priorities now (not to mention easier income). Ahhh, to be paid to travel and eat!
