Selamat Hari Raya Aidil-Fitri! Enjoy the feasting, and time with family and friends!
Here's a video recipe for one of my favourite snacks - rempenyek. It's spiced crispy fritters with various toppings - can be ikan bilis, peanuts or mung beans. She does go into great loving detail, and the soundtrack is a hoot.
Meanwhile I think the occasion calls for some homemade cake today!
