Mr Duck is better for kway chap!

I was at Bedok Reservoir Food Centre wanting to check out Pondok Indah but the makcik was always not ready with her dishes (no rendang, no deal man!). And as I paced around the area, I spied some really gorgeous platters of kway chap on a table shared by four guys. I had to ask where they got it from.

From a stall called Mr Duck just one row in front. Ah, it was not difficult to find.

Look at all the innards!
Just look at all the innards laid out in full glory! Haha, some folks are probably gagging at the sight, but aficionados will be smacking lips in anticipation.

Close-up of kway chap
The kway chap is not bad indeed - a tad on the sweet side, but very clean-tasting.

Kway that's nice and smooth
The kway is nice and smooth; the chili dip too, is suitably tangy and appetising.

Duck Rice
Although the braised duck is their signature (literally since the signboard says Mr Duck), it's a lot milder in flavour compared to the pork. While the duck meat is very tender, and the yam rice decent, somehow the whole thing pales in comparison with the kway chap. But who knows, some people may like duck this way.

Mr Duck is at Bedok Reservoir Food Centre
Mr Duck has only been around for a year or so. They open early for breakfast til about 3pm after lunch.
