Sunday Brunch Buffet at JW Marriott's Beach Road Kitchen

Ahh...nothing quite sums up the joy of Sunday brunch like a kid with ice cream. The pure head-on enjoyment is what the Sunday indulgence ought to be like.

Grill platter
Of course Sunday brunch is also about great food and company. Find a fabulous spread and you're almost set.

Beach Road Kitchen at JW Marriott is going all out with brand new offerings to its popular Sunday Brunch. Specially curated by Chef Stefano Di Salvo, there's something for everyone. Take a look:

Whole roasted lamb
Roasted Whole Spring Lamb which uses a special breed of lamb from New Zealand famed for its delicate flavour.

Salt crusted baked whole fish
Traditional Salt-baked Fish (a tender fish steamed in a crust of natural sea salt).

Seafood ready to be BBQ'd
And the all-time favourite charcoal barbecue now features even more choices of fish and seafood: whole fish like seabass, snapper and other seafood delights like scallops on the half shell, and tiger prawns, waiting to be barbecued over the charcoal grill for your enjoyment.

Seafood on ice
Chilled seafood options are aplenty in the white marble alcove - imported oysters shucked fresh to order, chilled shellfish like crab, lobster and crayfish on ice, lots of antipasti and seafood dishes.

Salads
Next to it is the salad section.

Grilled meats and vegetables
The highlight for many is the grilled meats section.

Paella
Seafood paella, also at the grill station.

Don't miss the pizzas
What's really good here are the pizzas, baked fresh at the woodfired oven.

Laksa
The Laksa at the live station is gorgeously rich.

Clams served table side
Look out too for our Chef’s Pass-Arounds, sampling plates of off-the-menu dishes not available on the buffet, prepared off-the-cuff in small batches by our chefs and based entirely on their creativity! Here are some clams in white wine.

Deep-fried snapper
Crispy garoupa so good that I had three helpings!

Stuffed suckling pig!
Suckling pig "porchetta" style!

Indian food
There are curated hot mains including Asian favourites and Indian dishes.

Charcuterie section
The cold cuts section features meats specially chosen by chef and flown in from Europe.

Dessert cabinets
Those with a sweet tooth will be especially pleased with Beach Road Kitchen’s dedicated dessert section - tall glass cabinets filled with western pastries and cakes, Asian-style desserts, local nonya kueh.

In addition, there's a live station for fresh waffles and crepes served with a variety of sauces, sweet condiments and ice cream.

Marengo Cake
This Marengo Cake is just divine with crispy meringue completely encrusting a light and creamy cake.

Chefs showing kids how to make pizza
Beach Road Kitchen’s Sunday Brunch also includes a kids activity corner, where the young ones can enjoy guided activities such as cupcake decorating and pizza making while the parents enjoy their brunch.

Waffles and ice cream

For those who enjoy their brunches boozy, don’t miss Beach Road Kitchen’s free flow champagne options, with a choice of Taittinger or Taittinger Rosé champagne. Look out also for the Sunday Brunch Mobile Bar as it makes its rounds offering a choice of three brunch cocktails, either by the glass, or free-flow, if you want to make your brunch truly indulgent.

Sunday Brunch at Beach Road Kitchen is available from $108++/adult, $54++/child.
