Tadpole Jelly

OK, for international readers: No, this has nothing to do with tadpoles, despite its name. It's just cruelty-free, hard jelly in the shape of tadpoles (well, more like water droplets, really). I just love this crunchy jelly. It's jelly with attitude - fights you back as you chew it.

You can get them at most hawker centres and food courts. Here they sit atop some chin chow (herbal grass jelly) cubes and ice. Most refreshing.
