Believe it or not, the only thing I heard abt them is the long queues. <BR/><BR/>However, this year due to charity, my bf has gotten 2 boxes of 大中国, namely the 金华五仁 and 冰皮蓮蓉. I am pretty surprised by the 冰皮. <BR/><BR/>Being a fan of 冰皮, I am very particular about the skin and there are only 3 stalls which I patronized faithfully, namely 东海潮州酒家, Shangri-la and Fairmont (Raffles the Plaza). <BR/><BR/>Surprisingly, 大中国's 冰皮 is really fine and soft and relatively thick. Yummy...
