First timer to ur blog, great photos. But just wanne point out that Okinawa itself has very heavy Chinese influence, so its culture, and of course, its food, is more Chinese than Japanese. I don't think we can consider it Japanese in the first place, as Okinawa existed initially as a separate kingdom from Japan. Yup. That explains why its food is more Chinese.
